For Presenters/Discussants
- Presentation Time
The total time for each presentation is 50 minutes, consisting of a 25-minute report, 15 minutes for the scheduled discussion, and 10 minutes for the reply and general discussion. We appreciate your cooperation for ensuring the session runs smoothly. - PC and Projector Setup
A laptop and projector will be provided at the venue. The provided PC runs Windows 11 and has Microsoft Office installed. PDF files are also supported. Please ensure your presentation file is compatible with this environment and bring it on a USB memory stick. If you send your file to the Organizing Committee by Friday, May 29, we will check its operation in advance. (Email: jsiespring2026@gmail.com) - Your Own Device
We cannot guarantee compatibility for personal laptops or other devices. Since connecting external devices can be time-consuming, we kindly ask that you use the venue's provided PC in principle. Thank you for your understanding. - Handouts
If you plan to distribute handouts or resumes, please bring the necessary number of copies yourself. Please note that no copying services will be available at the host university on the day of the event. We are also unable to store materials sent in advance. - Pointers
Presentation pointers will not be provided. If you need one, please bring your own. - Wi-Fi Access
University of Niigata Prefecture participates in the "International Academic Wi-Fi Roaming Infrastructure," allowing connections via eduroam. For details on how to connect, please refer to the website of the "eduroam Team, Academic Infrastructure Division, National Institute of Informatics." For those from institutions not affiliated with eduroam, guest IDs will be issued on the day of the event.
