For Presenters/Discussants
- Total presentation time is 50 minutes (25 minutes for presentation, 15 minutes for discussants’ comments, and 10 minutes for further discussion).
- Presenters must send the full paper to the Discussants, Chair-persons, and Program Chairman by May 10.
- We will prepare a laptop PC and a projector in each session room. The PC OS and applications will be Windows 11 (Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Reader DC). Please bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick. Those who use their own PC will only have HDMI cables. If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, please bring a converter or adapter.
- If necessary, please bring sufficient handouts for those who will distribute them. We cannot provide a copy service.
- Please bring your own laser pointer if necessary.
- We provide a Wi-Fi connection in the venue. You can either connect with (1) eduroam (https://www.eduroam.jp/en/) via your home institution or (2) a tentative guest ID issued by the university.
