- Reception: "University Coop. Restaurant", on the west side of Eikokuji Campus
Please pay in advance for the reception by May 31st through the bank transfer form that has been already sent to you via postal mail. If you miss the deadline and make an on-site payment, we will charge an extra fee for the reception (+500JPY).

Accommodation
The conference organizers do not arrange hotel accommodation for participants. (when you need hotel accommodation, please arrange by yourself.)
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at the conference venue except two restricted smoking areas.
