For Presenters/Discussants
- Presentation and discussion time
Presentation time is 50 minutes (25 minutes for presentation, 15 minutes for discussants’ comments, and 10 minutes for further discussion). - Presentation method
We will prepare a laptop PC and a projector in each session room. Please bring your presentation files on USB devices. Software specifications are as follows：Windows8 (PowerPoint2013, Adobe Reader DC, Word2013) or Windows10 (PowerPoint2016, Adobe Reader DC, Word2016). - For those who use your own PC
We will have HDMI cables only. If your laptop does not have an HDMI port, please bring a converter or adapter. - For those who will distribute handouts
Please bring sufficient handouts with you on the day if necessary. Sorry, we cannot provide a copy service. - Please bring your own laser pointer if necessary.
- We provide a free Wi-Fi connection here. You can either connect with (1) eduroam (https://www.eduroam.jp/), via your home institution, or (2) tentative guest ID issued by the conference organizer.
- Presenters must send the full paper to Discussants and Chair-persons and Program Chairman by May 24th.
