Accommodations
Please note that we do not arrange accommodation. There are many accommodation facilities in Fukuoka City, but in recent years, due to the increase in inbound tourists, it seems that they are very busy. We recommend that you make your reservations as early as possible.
Reception participation and payment

Venue: Seinan Gakuin University, East Campus, the Seinan Gakuin Centennial Hall (Evergreen Hall)
When registering online, please let us know if you would like to attend the reception. The deadline for reception registration and payment is Friday, May 30th. For more details, including information on how to make a payment, please see the “Information” limk above. In addition, the reception fee must be paid in advance. Please pay by Friday, May 30th.
The Board Meeting
The Board Meeting will be held from 12:50 in Room II-304 on the 3rd floor of Building 2.
